"I had driven past this place many times and never imagined I would go inside. But when shopping for an engagement ring, I was turned off by some bad reviews of retail jewelers, and several reviews recommended trying a local jeweler instead, so I decided to give Diamond Jim’s a shot. The first time I met Jeff, I showed him some pictures of what I wanted, and he had a great diamond and found an absolutely awesome setting, which was able to be shipped to him within days. He brought me in again to confirm what I wanted. Then, only two weeks after I first went to him, he showed me the finished product—it was so beautiful, exceeded my hopes of what I thought I would be able to find anywhere, and the price was within my budget. Every interaction I had with him was smooth, helpful, and efficient. I am so glad I decided to check this place out and highly recommend it!"
