"The gem of jewelry stores in South Bend! After another store sold me a ring but didn’t provide an appraisal I stopped to speak to someone about getting an appraisal. After discovering Diamond Jim’s I have not purchased anything anywhere else. I have made 10+ purchases and each one has been a pleasure! As well as myself, my mother, husband, sister and Brother in law are all loyal customers as well. Jeff is knowledgeable and kind. He is honest which is hard to find in the jewelry market. They also can do custom jewelry! I had a replica of my grandmas ring made and it’s perfect! Bonus: there is a store dog Alpha!"
